In the heart of Nellore, something special was brewing. It wasn’t a grand conference or a flashy expo—this was different. It was intimate, personal, and Table of contentrooted in purpose.

At the abode of Shankar Baba Foundation

At the warm and welcoming Shankar Baba Foundation, a space known for uplifting youth and encouraging them to chase their dreams, the Mr. CEO mentorship event found its perfect stage. The foundation has long stood as a beacon for young people, helping them overcome adversity, believe in their potential, and unlock the entrepreneur within. And that’s exactly what this evening was all about.

This is the 4th Mr. CEO event. The room filled slowly with a diverse mix of people—local business owners, young entrepreneurs, and passionate self-starters, each carrying their own story, their struggles, and a hope for clarity. What made the evening even more inspiring was the diverse mix of entrepreneurs in the room, each representing a unique journey and business they’ve poured their heart into. From health services to food ventures, mobile retail, education, and tech consulting, the range was truly impressive.

Among the attendees were founders and professionals from Family First Health Assistance, The Potato Man, SDAR MOBILES, RRR Tuition Centre, and IndStack IT Consulting Private Limited.

Each brought their unique perspective, challenges, and experiences, adding richness to the conversations and a sense of community to the entire gathering.

There were no formalities, no stage, and definitely no slide shows. Just a circle of like-minded individuals ready to share, listen, and grow together.

It was more than an event

At the center of it all was Renil Komitla, the visionary leader behind Mr. CEO. But he wasn’t there to lecture or preach. He was there to talk, to connect. With sleeves rolled up and a grounded, approachable energy, Renil opened the floor for everyone to speak their mind. Questions flowed as time went by. Discussion on how to scale the business, how to cater to market needs, etc. Others shared their fear of failing, of starting too late, of not having enough support.

And Renil? He didn’t give generic answers. He shared his journey, his insights, the highs, the lows, the messy middle. He spoke about how today’s business world is shifting, how technology is opening doors, and how passion combined with consistency can move mountains. His insights weren’t just motivational—they were real, raw, and exactly what the room needed.

What made this event truly unforgettable wasn’t just the advice—it was the energy. The vibe. The feeling that you weren’t alone on this journey. From spontaneous one-on-one conversations to group discussions that sparked laughter and deep reflection, the event slowly turned into a mini-movement. People who walked in as strangers were already exchanging numbers, ideas, and dreams by the end.

When Renil Became the Chef

And just when you thought the night couldn’t get any more heartfelt, Renil surprised everyone by heading into the kitchen. That’s right. He cooked! A hands-on gesture that turned a professional gathering into something much more personal and memorable. Everyone sat down, plates in hand, sharing food and stories like old friends around a dinner table.

The evening didn’t just end with food—it carried into a quiet moment of togetherness as attendees joined the evening pooja at the Foundation. A spiritual close to a soulful day.
