MR CEO in Hyderabad: Grit, Growth & a Dash of Local Spice

Table of content
After the successful event in Bangalore, Mr. CEO moved to the City of Pearls, Hyderabad. This was the 3rd event of Mr. CEO so far and the 2nd in India. It was more than we had expected.
Hyderabad showed up, and it showed up big.
With the highest number of registrations across all MR CEO events so far, the energy at this roundtable-style gathering was electric from the start. Hosted in the City of Pearls, the room was full of local founders, startup dreamers, and business leaders—each ready to share, learn, and connect.
The evening kicked off with Renil Komitla laying down the heart behind the MR CEO. This wasn’t just another business meetup—it was his way of giving back. He shared how the idea stemmed from his desire to meet more entrepreneurs face-to-face, understand their challenges, and use his experience to guide them through them.
Merger and Acquisition Stories
Renil then took everyone through his mergers and acquisitions journey—not just the deals, but the lessons. Each merger, each partnership, had brought something new into his life, helping him evolve both personally and professionally. His message was clear: growth isn’t always linear—it’s layered with people, experiences, and hard decisions.
Then, it was over to the attendees—and that’s where things heated up.
Voices from the Roundtable
One by one, participants opened up. Some spoke about the worries that keep them up at night, others about tactical ways to acquire more customers in crowded markets. A few founders shared how they were launching new businesses in just a few months, fueled by a clear mission and relentless drive.
There were rich conversations around customized products and how personalization is reshaping customer expectations. Others explored subscription-based models—not just as a pricing tool but as a way to create flexibility and long-term loyalty.
5th Event but a Personal One
The 5th MR CEO meetup was more than just a professional gathering—it got personal, with stories that truly hit home.
A few attendees shared how they became founders, the sacrifices they made, and how resilience carried them through. It wasn’t about impressing anyone—it was about honesty, and that made it powerful.
As the formal sharing came to a close, the group moved into networking over dinner. But even there, the energy didn’t drop. Side conversations sparked new ideas, collaborations were hinted at, and several attendees pulled Renil aside for one-on-one chats.
Hyderabad Takeaway
Hyderabad brought the heat—not just in numbers, but in insights, passion, and openness.
This event proved that when people come together with purpose and vulnerability, real magic happens.
From customized offerings to community-driven growth, MR CEO Hyderabad wasn’t just a meetup—it was a movement in motion.
